The Types of Classes That I Detest

What is the main job of a student?Everybody can answer it without considering.As a student, we definitely need to study.Everyday, we will attend the different classes.We will go to different classroom and meet different lecturer when we attend the classes.Once, someone had asked me a question.What types of classes that I will detest?In my opinion,the three main reasons for the class that I detest are classes which have bad environment,lecturer and timing.Why I said like that? Let me explain it more clearly.

To begin with,the classes that I detest is the classes with bad timing.Sometime,we will be arranged to attend the morning classes.Normally,this type of class is begin at 8.00a.m.So,I need to wake up at 7.00a.m. for preparation.It is hard to wake up in such a early morning especially I stay up late last night.When we attend the morning class,we will like to doze off and feel sleepy.If I didn't take the breakfast,I will feel no energy during attend the class.As the result,I can't concentrate to the lesson.Beside that, another bad timing classes is afternoon class.During afternoon,normally we will take a nap at home.If we have to attend the class at afternoon,we will feel drowsiness especially we have the morning class before this.Another bad timing classes that I detest the most is night classes.After attending the class in the morning or afternoon,we will feel quite tired.If we have to attend the night class,we will feel even more tired because normally we will have a rest at home during this time.We can also watching television and surfing Internet at this time for entertainment purpose.If we need to attend the class at night,we have to scarify the time for entertainment.It will make us can't to pay more attentions to the class .Normally,the night classes are begin from 8.00p.m to 10.00p.m.It was too dangerous for us to go back home late.For those who walking back home,it will be more dangerous.They have a high risk that been robbed.It will threaten their lives.

In addition,I also dislike the classes that have bad environment.Some classes have no good air conditioner.When we study in this class,we will feel very hot and uncomfortable.Maybe there will also have some bad smell that cause by the bad flow of air in the classroom.It will make us hard to concentrate to the lesson.Beside that,the lightning in the classroom also play an important role .If we have a class in the room that without proper lightning,it will cause us hard to read.If the light is quite dim,we will feel sleepy during the lesson.It will cause us can't pay attention to the lesson.Moreover,the behaviour of classmates also will affect us during the class.Some classmate would like to make noise in the classroom such as chatting.It will influence us to study.When the surrounding is noisy,we may can't listen to the lecture clearly.It will become worst if we sit behind in the classroom.Some students will fall sleep during the lesson.It will make us feel sleepy too and want to sleep too.So,the bad environment of the classroom will cause us can't pay more attention to what have learn.

Lastly,I also dislike the classes that have bad lecturer .Some lecturer has no sense of humour.They don't have some interesting skill during giving the lecture.They just simply explain what the book saying without giving any example.It will make us hard to understand what they said.Some lecturer like to explain the lecture in a quite fast speed.We will be hard to follow what they teach.Since we failed to follow,we will not continue concentrate to it and try to do another things.It will cause can't learn anything throughout the lesson.Beside that,some lecturer are very strict when they teaching.They will keep to give pressure to student by giving a lot of test and homework.It will make us feel stress and become less interested to that subject and it will influence our result in the test directly.

As my conclusion,a good environment is very important for us to study.We need a good environment to study so we can more concentrate to our studies without considering other factors.Other than that,a good lecturer is also very important for us to study.A good lecturer will giving the lecture to us in the right way so we can understand it more easily.At the same time,the timing of the classes also play very important role to our studies.Within a good timing,we will attend the class under a good condition so we will pay more attention to the lesson.Hence,we will have a good time when we study.

How to Stay Awake During Classes

Do you have an experience of sleeping in the class during the lesson?As I believe,most of us have this type of experience.Many people will feel tired and doze off.Some of them even more sleep in the class as well.This is not a good behaviour because it shown that we are not respect to the speaker.But,how can we stay awake during the classes?The three main steps that we can do before,during and after the classes to make sure we awake during the classes.

Firstly,before we attend the classes, we should sleep early.As a teenager, we need at least 8 hours to sleep.It can provide us energy to carry out the daily activity on next day.Our brain also need to rest after working a whole day.We should not spend too much time to do some meaningless things such as playing online games,watching television till midnight.It will cause us don't have enough time to rest.As a result,we will doze off during the classes.Beside that,we can also take some energetic drinks such as coffee,essence of chicken and Red Bull.Coffee contains caffeine which can stimulate the brain cell that can temporarily warding off drowsiness and restoring alertness.After taking these type of drinks, we will not feel tired and doze off easily.Moreover,we also should have a good eating habit.We should not eat too much before attending the class.Why I said like this?According to the scientific research,when human feel full,the brain cell will slow down the working of organs in our body.We also have to avoid consume oily food such as fast food.It is because fast food contain high cholesterol which will burden our digestive system.It will make the organ have to work harder to digest the food completely.Hence,we will feel tired and doze off easily after taking these type of meals.

Secondly, we also can take some easy steps to make sure we awake during the classes .When we feel sleepy in the class,we can eat some snacks such as sweets,chewing gums,biscuits and the others.For example,when we chew the chewing gum,our mouth are move and it will make us become more alert and not doze off easily.Beside that,we can also take down the important notes of the lectures.We will more concentrate what lecturer saying.By writing down the notes,we have no more times to fall sleeps and we will become more concentrate to what we learn and it will helps us more understand what we learn and will not doze off easily.We can also take a short break during the lesson.When we keep to do something in a long time,we will lose the interest in it and will feel it boring.As a result,we will not continue concentrate to it and become drowsiness.So, we should have a short break during classes.We can take a nap,chatting with friends or go to toilet during the break.After the break,we will become more alert and can continue our lesson without drowsiness.In addition, we can choose to sit in front of the classes.When we sit in front,we will closer to the lecturer.By this,we will have more eye contacts with the lecturer so we have no chance to fall sleep.Hence,we will become more alert during the lesson.We also can hear clearly what the lecturer said and take down the notes.So,we will not fall sleep in the classes.

Last but not least,we also can have some steps after the classes to make sure we will alert when attending the classes.We should have a healthy life in daily.Healthy is very important to everybody.Without a healthy life,that will be many things that we cannot do.To have a healthy life,we should not always stay up late.We should have enough time to rest to make sure that we have enough energy to carry out the daily jobs.We should not using our time to do some meaningless things such as clubbing,playing online games,surfing Internet and so on.These activities will not give us many benefits but it will wasted our time since we obsessed with it. Beside that,we also can do some exercise such as jogging,cycling, swimming and the others.It will make our body become more stronger and energetic.Doing exercise will make our brain become more smart and will not feel tired easily.It is very good to our health.

As the conclusion,we should have a good condition during attending the classes.We should not fall sleep or doze off during the lessons.We should pay more attentions to the lessons so we can get the knowledge.We can take the steps that I mentioned above to make sure that we will stay awake during the classes.
